Dear friends, as the end of our FLAMeCIPP presidency has arrived, we would like to thank all of you for the support provided over these years, it has been an honnor and a pleasure.
During these three years we have seen the expansion of our Federation, with Dominican Republic and Panama joining as new members, and with more presence in countries were foot and ankle surgery was not to evolved.
In this period our regional journals Tobillo y Pie from FLAMeCIPP and ABTPe from the Brazilian foot and ankle society fused into the Journal of the Foot and Ankle (JFA), becoming a stronger journal. Our monthly webinars and Instagram case discussions grew in interest among our members and from other Federations, achieving a fantastic participation and FLAMeCIPP internationalization.
We would like to end sending our best wishes to the new FLAMeCIPP president Dr. Santiago Guerrero, hoping to see you all in our IX Congress to be held in conjunction with IFFAS meeting in Santiago de Chile in April 2022. All the best.
